Jayne owns Sole Control, a local Milton Keynes orthotics business based in Kiln Farm.
She incorporated her business as a limited company in October 2013 and we have been working with Jayne and acting as her accountant since the start. Sole Control’s business has grown over the last three years, and Jayne now helps many people with foot problems. We have networked together in the local area and as a leading orthotics expert in MK, Jayne can advise anyone needing these products.

We have worked with Rob over the years on a number of different projects. We also helped Rob with the incorporation of his business, and the setup of his accounting software to make life a little easier for him. Rob is one of our clients who uses Xero, and we have managed to help him use this set this up to save him time and money and make his finances accessible everywhere. Rob is currently working on an App
for our business which we are very excited about and will share as soon as it is ready… Watch this space…
We met Kath when she initially started networking with her new business Healthy Horizons Limited. Healthy Horizons can help you arrange private medical and protection insurances for yourself, the family or your business. We started working with Kath, introducing her to some excellent in-house bookkeeping software which she took too like a duck to water. Her books are kept well which means she is always in full control of her business and able to help anyone looking for a stress-free insurance policy.
We first met Brian when Susan started networking many years ago just after we initially set up the Milton Keynes accountancy practice. Brian and Susan both attended the local networking group Grapevine, and after a year they were both voted as committee members: Brian became chairman and Susan was the treasurer. They got to know one another well over the ensuing years with a weekly breakfast meeting sitting next to one another, and also with us acting for Brian’s businesses. One of those businesses, Pop-I-Seven provides mobile disco
entertainment in the local area and will tailor the night to suit your event.
Steve has been a tiler for many years, and then recently he opened a specialist tile shop – Mill Tile Studio. Mill Tile sells a huge number of gorgeous tiles for walls and floors and the added extra is that Steve is available to help and discuss the materials needed. He can also arrange the fitting if you want to pass the job on to an expert.
We met Dan, of GPM Locks Limited, through a business meeting which was previously held at our offices here in Wolverton Mill. Dan was working as a sole trader but wanted to expand the business to become a limited company. We worked with Dan through this transition; since then he has grown his business which is going from strength to strength. Dan has also been able to help us with maintenance of our properties’
locks and advising on the safest way to protect our premises and staff.
Nick and James came to visit us when we were based at The Mansion at Bletchley Park. As HMRC had introduced the new RTI filing requirements, Nick and James decided it was the right time to move this process out of their offices. Initially we took over their monthly payroll processes, but then realised we could help them further to streamline their business by introducing new bookkeeping software. We worked hard together to incorporate the new system. However once it was implemented they found the system greatly improved the way they worked, and gave them far more and easier access to information about their business every day.
